All digital patterns, including Monarch Design patterns, are intended for personal use only.
Patterns may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, resold, or published in any format, whether digital or printed.
All photographs, product images, listing photos, and other visual content displayed on the Tea Bombz Stitch Shop website are the property of Tea Bombz Stitch Shop and are protected by copyright.
These images may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, edited, used for commercial purposes, or used in any listings, advertisements, websites, or social media without prior written permission.
Finished stitched pieces made from our patterns may not be used for commercial mass production without written permission.
Preorders
Preorder items are purchased specifically for each customer from our suppliers.
By placing a preorder, you understand and accept the estimated waiting period of approximately 3–12 weeks. Processing times may vary depending on supplier production schedules, availability, and shipping delays.
All preorder sales are final. Preorders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
Tea Bombz Stitch Shop is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
Limitation of Liability
Tea Bombz Stitch Shop shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
