Refund policy

At Tea Bombz Stitch Shop, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF patterns and downloadable files are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase.

Physical Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Preorders

Many of our fabrics, kits, and specialty items are offered as preorders and are ordered specifically for you from our suppliers.

All preorder sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please place a preorder only if you are comfortable with the estimated waiting time. The estimated processing and arrival time for preorder items is approximately 3–12 weeks, depending on supplier availability and shipping times.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these waiting times.
